Welcome to Novo Constructions. We are a constructing company by means of which you’ll be able to renovate or construct a lot cheaper compared with other constructers and builders. Novo cooperates with Eastern European subcontracters in order to keep down the costs. Our management however is completely Dutch to be able to guarantee an optimal quality. Besides Novo employs an unique “low-cost” formula. This means that you’ll be taking care of the project management and purchasing the needed materials yourself, as a result of which Novo Constructions is not going to charge you unnecessary expensive materials our working hours.

Novo Renovation: for (is specialized in) renovating and finishing building projects based on our unique “low cost” formula. We don’t make any profit whatsoever on materials, we’re applying an open calculation. We employ skillful craftsmen from the eastern bloc (Slovakia next to Poland), who are used to work 60 hours a week as a result of which we are a lot faster and a lot more efficient (compared to other construction companies) our rates ranging from € 15,95 by the hour.
Novo Construction: In case of plot constructions as well as extension constructions we apply a fixed contract price formula for the hull. After having delivered the hull the finishing construction again can be handled according to our profitable and unique low cost formula. The chief of our construction department is a structural engineer as well as an architect and consequently a guarantee for the quality of the craftsmanship of our Dutch an Slovakian subcontractors and our low prices.

Novo specializes in renovating and converting homes. Usually the home in question has recently been purchased and we do all the renovation and conversion work before the new owner moves in.

We are specialized in the following areas:

plastering and masonry,
plumbing,

carpentry,

painting,
laying floors.

That is why Novo can carry out virtually all types of renovations and conversions.

Novo can work at such low prices because it has a different approach than most building and renovation companies in the Netherlands. Novo works with 2 different formula's, each is a seperate businessunit:

1) Novo Renovatie®: for renovation and conversions and finishing of casco projects on the basis of our unique Low-cost formula. An important part of this formula is that we work with an open cost calculation so that you, our customer, always have a full insight in the costs.

2) Novo Bouw®: Only when building villa's on plots, or doing extentions we work with a casco fixed price formula. After the caso building has been delivered you can continue with our beneficial and unique low-cost formula.

Part of the ‘low cost’ formula is that the customer himself or herself takes on the role of building contractor. We call this ‘contracting for yourself’. This is not the same as ‘doing it yourself’ because then the customer actually does the work himself or herself. In the case of ‘contracting for yourself’, the customer does the planning/arranging/purchasing of the materials etc. himself or herself, but the actual work is done by the independant subcontractors at Novo.
